It’s also very important that we understand trends in Northampton County as compared/contrasted against both state and national stats; both NIDA national stats and the CDC Overdose statistics can help provide a comparison of where the county sits within the scope of more or less overdoses than both the national and the state averages. This may also serve to help develop potential goal-setting efforts, for both prevention and treatment.
