Fall in Northampton County kicks off with more than just new school supplies and changing leaves—it begins with a full month focused on wellness, connection, prevention, and recovery.
We’re proud to support Easton’s Week of Wellness, a district-wide initiative leading up to the Live Well, Be Well event on Saturday, September 20th. Throughout the week, students and families will engage in meaningful conversations and activities designed to promote mental health, healthy choices, and lifelong resilience.
Here’s what to expect—and how you can get involved.
6:30 PM at Easton Area Middle School – Free and open to the public
Nationally recognized speaker Nathan Harmon returns to Easton Area Middle School to speak directly to parents and caregivers. His presentation, “Raising Resilient and Responsible Kids,” offers real-world advice on communication, boundaries, and emotional growth.
Nathan will also speak directly with middle and high school students during school hours, focusing on positive choices, emotional health, and the power of community.
Elementary students will enjoy engaging, age-appropriate presentations focused on self-care, awareness, and asking for help—with a beat they won’t forget. These assemblies will be held across all 7 elementary schools over two days.
Capping off the week, Live Well, Be Well brings together the whole community for a day dedicated to mental health, substance use prevention, wellness resources, and many fun activities for all ages.
